Definition of Snowboarding:
Snowboarding is a recreational and competitive winter sport where participants ride a specially designed board over snow-covered terrain. The rider stands sideways on the board and maneuvers by shifting their weight, using specialized bindings to secure their feet.

in the winter of 1998 at Nagano. It is also featured in the Winter Paralympics starting in 2014 at Sochi.
